These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Keep It Simple Cosmetics ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy policy, which are part of these terms.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and have a shipping address in the United States.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. Shipping is added at checkout, along with sales tax where it applies.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email after payment. We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.
- Promotion codes are entered at checkout. Each code has its own conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. In short: opened products can't be returned, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and damaged or wrong items should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Using our products
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the label and the directions before use. Do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. If you have a skin condition or concerns about an ingredient, ask a doctor or dermatologist before use.
Results vary from person to person. Product descriptions on this site are for general information and aren't medical advice.
